This is a wonderful brand new four bedroom villa situated on a quiet road in Al Barsha 1 near the ASD.

When you enter there is a natural lobby which leads to the main room ahead. This is a super size with more than enough room for living and dining and it opens up to the smart kitchen. These rooms all look over the garden which have a barbecue installed as well as fake grass in the garden. On the ground floor there is also a maid's room, guest bathroom and laundry cupboard as well as under stair storage.

Upstairs there there are four bedrooms and these all have en suite bathrooms and fitted cupboards. The master bedroom has a bathtub and a walk in bathroom as well as double basins.

The compound has a swimming pool, a gym and a playground and there is also security.
