This is a spacious five bed villa in Umm Suqeim 1 with its own garden and pool.
When you enter the house you go into a lobby which opens up into a large open plan room. There are three rooms clearly defined within this area by the walls and the kitchen is also open. The villa is light and well laid out with a view over the pool at the rear. The kitchen has some fitted appliances.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms all which have en suite bathrooms and fitted cupboards. There is a large landing area which could easily make a second tv room, playroom or even an office area. Halfway up the stairs there is a smaller fifth en suite bedroom.

There is an outside maids room as well as covered parking for two cars.
