This is a fabulous five bedroom villa located very close to the beach in Jumeirah 1. The villa is attractive and has a lovely garden running all round it.
You can enter the villa either into a lobby at the side or through the garden door at the front of the villa. From the lobby the main room is to your right looking over the garden. It is L shaped so it is naturally divided between living and dining. There is a smart kitchen that is a great size and has a laundry and store coming off it. There is also a downstairs bedroom with fitted cupboards and an en suite bathroom.
Upstairs there is a good landing and off it there are four bedrooms and all have built in cupboards. The master bedroom and the guest room have en suite bathrooms whilst the other two share a family bathroom.
There is an external maid's room and a garage.
