Now that the beaches have re-opened the beach seems to be a more popular destination than ever. Demand is always high to live close to the beach so here we are going to look at some interesting properties that are located near the sea.

Direct sea views are difficult to find but there are choices in this development on the beach. Villas in the front line rent for around AED 650,000 but some at the rear are priced at AED 350,000.
