Number 1 – Zahra – Nshama Town Square

This community has become so popular since the lockdown with many families moving here and with an amazing price of only AED 85,000 for a three bedroom villa/ townhouse you can see the attraction. This villa has open plan living and is situated in a single row opposite the park and the pool.

 

 

Number 2 – Palma – Arabian Ranches 2

This is a great value large three bedroom villa for AED 135,000. It is in a mature community well supported by the local Souq and schools. It has great facilities and should be considered.  Arabian Ranches 1 has long been a very popular place to live and it’s greenery means it is always popular.

 

 

Number 3 – Palmera – Arabian Ranches (1)

This is a super two bedroom villa with a study situated in the Palmera district of  Arabian Ranches 1. It has a study which is really useful for home working.
